At Sync, I became a co-founder and led product as CPO. We built a social eCommerce platform that empowered over 40,000 independent sellers to connect directly with beauty brands. The platform generated $1.25M in GMV and was ultimately acquired. My role focused on crafting a seamless experience for sellers and brands, turning a fragmented sales landscape into a scalable ecosystem. Sync taught me how to build from zero, lead cross-functional teams, and design for growth at scale.
