Gen Z is documenting more than any other generation, but remembering less. Theyre raised on ephemeral content, flooded with throwaway photos and endless digital noise. But under the surface? They crave things that feel real. Nostalgia, tangibility, meaning. We see this everywhere: BeReal blew up by doing less. One photo a day, no filters, no edits. Just presence. Spotify Wrapped turns data into a personal time capsule, and people wait all year for it.
